More than $40,000 was either given or pledged for the 2012 Christmas Missions Offering this past Sunday.

The Christmas season vividly reminds us that the most important gift, the greatest gift, ever given was the blessed coming of the Son of God, Jesus Christ.

A new slate of discipleship classes will begin on Sunday night, January 13, running for three weeks. There are offerings in a number of areas.

We will be setting aside a special time in worship on Sunday morning, Dec. 16, to collect our annual Missions Offering.

The Creek Worship Ministry's annual Christmas Night of Worship will be Dec. 14 and 15 at 7 pm each night.

The few remaining tickets for the ladies Christmas tea will be on sale this Sunday, Dec. 2, between morning worship services. They are $4 apiece.

Nine new believers follow the Lord into the waters of baptism this past Sunday at the Creek.

Pastor David will continue his series in Acts this coming Sunday, Jan. 22, with the story of Philip and the sorcerer's sin from Acts 8:1-25.

Pastor David will preach part 2 of the sermon he began last week, "Stephen's Commentary on the Old Testament," from Acts 7:17-60.

Wednesday night activities, including Awana, g:local, and Bible study for adults, will resume this Wednesday night.
