She is pursuing a Masters in Inter-cultural Studies. She and her husband Jonathan desire to be missionaries in Asia. "We both have a heart to work with youth," says Nikki. "I love it! And I love my girls!"

"She has been a tremendous blessing. Amanda has such a special influence with the girls and I feel so blessed to have her as my assistant," says Nikki.
Their small group is based on a church planting model, in which the students build their group and then plant new small groups. Nikki and Amanda are not only teaching their students to be disciples of Christ but also to make disciples. This small group has seen 5 different girls come to faith in Christ since last summer. The Lord is doing great things through this group of young ladies.
