Women Encouraging Women This women’s mentoring ministry seeks to help ground women in the biblical concept of womanhood and other vital issues related to living life as a Christian woman. This Wednesday night class is central to the women’s ministry as an avenue for developing mentors and facilitating a woman’s deeper spiritual growth. It also serves as a connecting point to other women and ministries in the church. This class is facilitated by the women’s ministry director and consists of a large group discussion followed by small groups where friendships and accountability partners can form.
