Part-time Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Technician
The Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Technician is a part-time position that works under the Facilities Director to help repair, maintain, and improve the church’s campus. Responsibilities include general maintenance such as light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and landscaping, as well as coordinating with contractors, overseeing inspections, and supporting ministry events with set-up or project needs. The role also involves preventative maintenance, equipment care, and assisting with cleaning when needed. Candidates should demonstrate spiritual maturity, integrity, and alignment with the church’s mission, along with strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and with a team.

Part-time Buildings & Grounds Custodian
The Building & Grounds Custodian is a part-time position that supports the Facility Director in maintaining the cleanliness and care of Richland Creek’s campus. This role includes routine cleaning of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas, as well as upkeep of entryways, sidewalks, parking lots, and outdoor play areas. Responsibilities also involve restocking supplies, handling janitorial equipment, assisting with minor maintenance tasks, and supporting facility needs as directed. Candidates should demonstrate spiritual maturity, integrity, and alignment with the church’s mission and beliefs, along with reliability, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
