Part Time Building & Grounds Custodian
The Building and Grounds Custodian is a part-time role responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining the church campus in coordination with the Facility Director and custodial staff. The position requires personal and spiritual alignment with Richland Creek Community Church’s beliefs and values, strong integrity, professionalism, and good communication skills. Primary duties include cleaning classrooms, hallways, foyers, restrooms, windows, sidewalks, and offices, managing janitorial equipment and supplies, handling trash removal, maintaining sanitary conditions, and assisting with general upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas. The custodian must be able to use cleaning equipment safely, perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and bending, pass background and social media checks, and attend team meetings and trainings as needed within a 20-hour weekly schedule.
