Ministry Description 

Our team seeks to show the love of Christ through serving everyone who comes to worship. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or have been here for years, we’re here to help and to share the joy we’ve found in Christ. 

Serving Positions 

• Door Greeter 
• Guest Services 
• Parking Lot Attendant 
• Usher/Seating Team 
• Bulletin Distributor 
• Next Steps Volunteer 
• Coffee Team Member 

Expectations 

• For many serving positions, you need to be a Member of Richland Creek and actively attend worship services. Some positions do allow non-members to serve, but there is a desire to see steps towards church membership taken within a year. 
• If your position has children under the age of 18 on your team, you must complete a background check and go through additional onboarding training. 
• Prior to joining the team, you will have training provided as appropriate for your role and meet with a leader for a volunteer interview. 
• Commitment of serving for 6 months, serving weekly or bi-weekly 
• These positions serve on Sunday when the church gathers and additionally may be asked to assist at special events outside of normal Sunday services as available.
