Requirements to Serve:

1. Must be a current member of the Creek or have regularly attended the Creek (either visiting or serving capacities) for at least four months.

2. Must complete the interest form below in order to receive an email with the application.

3. Must complete the application, online training, Safety Policies, in-person interview (or over the phone), and pass a background check and reference check.

4. Once complete, you will be notified that you are able to serve.

Creek Safety and Security

Safety and Security consists of two different roles, Medical and Security

Requirements:

• Must be a member and have gone through the new members class
• Must be active in a Life group and worship regularly
• Must have a background check on file with the church

Positions needed:

• Sunday Morning Security and Medical
• Sunday Night Security
• Wednesday Night Security
• Special Event Security and Medical

Security info

• Currently, 18 zones need coverage on a weekly basis

Medical Info

• Medical personnel (EMT, Firefighter, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician's Assistant, Medical Doctor, etc.) with strong medical assessment skills.
• Medical members will serve as a point person for medical situations and emergencies.
• Medical members will serve primarily on Sunday mornings for services, per service, at 9am and 10:30am, but may be asked to serve on Sunday nights, Wednesday nights and for special events.
