Ministry Description 

Our Special Needs Ministry exists to provide a Christ-centered, welcoming and safe environment for both children and adults with special needs to learn about Jesus, grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and become active members of the church body.

Serving Positions 

• Serve as a classroom volunteer or buddy at 9:00am, 10:30am or 5:00pm on Sundays. No experience is necessary—we'll provide training and support. (We especially need men to serve!)
• Serve with administrative tasks during the week
• Pray for the individuals, families, and volunteers who are part of this ministry.

Expectations 

• For many of these serving positions, church membership is a requirement, or you are in the process of becoming a member 
• Complete required child protection training, background check, and volunteer interview 
• Attend appropriate training for the position you are interested in 
• If under the age of 18, you need to serve alongside a parent or have received a special exception from the Special Needs Ministry Director
